On October 17, one of the largest retail parks in Bavaria opened its doors

Since July 2017, we were initiated into the plans of the extraordinary retail center, which included some special features.

The 25-meter high and 4-meter wide shared pylon was to grow from inside the building. As a result, the foundations had to be laid right at the beginning of the construction phase, as the site would not have been accessible at a later date. Every detail had to be taken into consideration from the very beginning.

Due to the proximity to the A3, an intelligent solution was required for the pylon: full advertising effectiveness for every advertising space, without any glaring. The banners were fully equipped with specially developed white LED systems, and we created the possibility to control each advertising space separately. The electronics for this “highlight” are located in a separate control room. Using a special articulated platform, the numerous tenants’ banners were mounted to the pylon within four days.

Also for the labels of the individual shops, we created real eye-catchers. Equipped with sophisticated details, the billboard banners snuggle against the façade in chic L-shaped aluminum casings.
